- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My 13 year old daughter is needle phobic but had to have 6 baby teeth extracted to allow braces to be fitted otherwise treatment couldnt go ahead. Our own (very good) dental practice in Hertford referred her to the Cheshunt Dental Centre as they couldnt actually do the extractions because of the needle phobia. Contact and appointment was made quickly, initial consult was impressive and everything was discussed with both me and my daughter (her questions, concerns and wishes were never ignored), we were given appointment times that suited us and when the day of the procedure came it went extremely well. ALL staff friendly, professional and follow up call checking on how my daughter felt sums up the whole practice for me - wonderful! Cannot explain how grateful I am as this was an experience that my daughter was dreading (and therefore so was I) and it is lovely to see lovely people caring about what they do.
