  Missed two appointments in one day ! Was due to come on Tuesday 2 April at 11 am. Call received at 11.20 from someone in the office to say Gary would not be able to make it and could he come in the afternoon ( no explanation given). Reluctantly agreed for afternoon appointment. Same thing happened again call received to say Gary could not make it (again no reason). I was asked if I would like another appointment. Reluctantly I agreed ( 3 rd time lucky) . Still waiting for a call to rebook another appointment ! Alas I will never know if they did a good job on building a new conservatory!
