- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆A rather frustrating and disappointing experience. The plumber H**** "completed" the job by leaving a leaking bath tap and leaking mains to the toilet. The new bathroom suite was poorly installed resulting in a mismatch of fittings eg. loose toilet seat, loose tap, bent fittings, loose radiator attachment, and poor aesthetics. Despite trying to raise the concerns, ECR Ltd who recruited Pro Plumbing to fit the pipework and instal the new suite are unresponsive and in an email stated "thanks for allowing us to complete works for you to bathroom and utility". This is a DIY job peformed by amateurs graduated from plumbing school who 1. are incapable of thinking laterally and 2. do not understand plumbing requirements. I wonder whether Chris Chappel will comment on the photos enclosed.By Admin, December 13, 2019
